Agnes is a technical product marketing leader at NETSCOUT. Agnes have a passion for developing technical content and strategies that enables sales. She is responsible for initiating and managing product campaign objectives, and building associated assets to provide a continuous nurturing strategy that deliver awareness and thought leadership to customers throughout the campaign life cycle, using relevant social channels as well as engaging other avenues - webinars, blogs, videos etc. She believes she owes her success in technical marketing to all her past work as a technical communicator. Agnes is a member of the Society for Technical Communications and runs the mentoring program for her local Lone Star STC Chapter. Agnes graduated from Amberton University with her MS in Human Relations and Business. She lives in Plano, and have two young adults, Girl and Boy and a mixed lab (terrier + Pitbull) dog Aston.
