BIOGRAPHY
Jiaxin Zhang is an assistant professor of technical communication who teaches courses
in technical communication and content strategy. She received her Ph.D. in Technical
Communication and Rhetoric from Texas Tech University. Her research areas are user
experience (UX) and usability, content strategy, digital rhetoric, and risk communication.
Her research has been presented at conferences, including ACM SIGDOC, STC Summit,
4Cs, and IEEE ProComm.
OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM
She enjoys drawing and playing with her dog.
