BIOGRAPHY
Jill Harold received her MA in Intercultural Studies and Teaching English as a Second Language from Wheaton College, Illinois and has a Ph.D. in Higher Education with a minor in Educational Psychology from the University of North Texas.

Mrs. Harold's areas of research interests include the internationalization and globalization of higher education, marginalized student populations, refugee students, adult learning theory, Identity development through higher education, and communication theories of identity.

Mrs. Harold has received multiple grants to develop Open Education Resources (OER) in order to provide free and fully accessible textbooks to college students. She also works as an instructional designer and develops online content for the education industry.
