LTC is pleased to announce a new endowed scholarship fund in linguistics.

Karen Yates, MA in Linguistics (2002), has given a generous gift to begin an endowed scholarship fund in linguistics. The name of the scholarship fund is “G.E.T. English Training Endowed Scholarship Fund.” The scholarship once completely funded will provide scholarships for graduate students in linguistics and ESL.

Karen is the owner of G.E.T. English Training in Dallas, Texas. She currently serves on the LTC Advisory Board and employs an intern in linguistics from UNT.
